Benefit Fairs
PEIA will hold Benefit Fairs around the State starting next week. These fairs give folks a chance to speak to PEIA staff, the Health Plan and other vendors about questions they have or what they may need for Open Enrollment. This year, the new dental vendor for the Mountaineer Flexible Benefits Plan, SunLife, will be at the fairs, too! Here are the details:

Shopper's Guides are being printed, and we anticipate mailing them by April 21. An electronic version will be available on PEIAs website today.
Spousal Surcharge Affidavits Affidavits are being mailed on April 10 to all policyholders who have a spouse on their coverage, except those who are receiving the Family with Employee Spouse discount. The easiest way to complete the affidavit is to log into Manage My Benefits, choose Open Enrollment, and complete the affidavit there. If you complete the affidavit online, you can discard the one we mailed you. Please don't submit two affidavits!
